Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process: We receive your returned item and inspect it, and if it meets our refund requirements, we will refund the item within 12 hours and send the refund certificate to your email.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
