What is the procedure for delivery?

You will get an email confirmation with a tracking number once your product has been sent. If you have not received tracking information for your purchase after it has passed the expected dispatch date, please contact us through email at support@cytse.shop.

Does cytse offer international shipping?

We currently only sell our products for the United States.

Location with Restricted Shipping

We don’t ship to military zones since specific security procedures are in place to prevent unlawful access.
